My conclusion from this, which this book reinforced, is that most people working on climate change are lying to themselves and each other. For example, the book provides an excellent explanation of what happens when one group of countries tries to limit carbon emissions by increasing their use of renewable energy, or improving energy efficiency, when other countries are not bound in the same way answer: It also explores the polticial and sociological implications of the challenge facing us: In summary, this book is a must read for anyone interested in climate change and the future of fossil fuels, and is suitable both for the novices and experts on the subject.
